Dissecting "Physio Fitness"

Physio - Relating to nature. There is a beautiful coexistence between all things in nature, and the equilibrium is fascinating. Our systems are interacting the same (skeletal, muscle, nervous, circulatory, etc) in an effort to function together as well.

Fitness - The "quality" of being suitable to fulfill a particular role or task. Our bodies will find the least path of resistance to perform a task. In context, is a pull up really achieved if not done in full range of motion? (The answer is no)

Putting the two together - We will never be absolutely perfect, such as nature.  Training our bodies to move better, however, is a positive adaptation that will transfer over into all aspects of our lives. Focusing on mobility, flexibility, cardio, and strength collectively is the most common sense, necessary, and reasonable long term solution to any fitness goal.

About Me

Continuing to educate myself, I use science backed ways to help people become better versions of themselves. I hold a specialization in Corrective Exercise through NASM, and use disciplines achieved through Kajukenbo. I am currently studying Brazilian JiuJitsu and training under the Ido Portal Method. I have also served as a Fitness Director for a corporate gym where I mentored other personal trainers.
