Common Queries

What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?

After your initial consult we can discuss what equipment is needed specifically for your goal(s).

What I consider to be a reasonable set up to have access to:

1. A set of high quality resistance bands (for safety) is recommended. I use Bodylastics and have found them to not only be durable and safe but also more precise in their weight measurements.

2. A pull up bar or anything you can find to safely hang from.

3. In a perfect world I would have everyone own a squat rack or power rack with a decent set of weight plates. The value is in the investment and can eliminate the need for any other exercise equipment.

How are you different from a regular gym trainer?

Where most exercise programs focus on cardio and strength I focus on moving. Working on movement is quite challenging but so much fun! The functionality of this training method yields both short and long term benefits and challenges your body in all planes and ranges of motion.
